It would be an understatement to say that we love local products in general and more specifically those from Aveyron. Whether à la carte or on our menus, here are some of our specialities. See for yourself!

• Foie gras of course, prepared in our kitchens and served in lavish portions,
• The list of chocolate fondants. To please all chocolate lovers, we have not one but several fondants to offer: chocolate, salted butter caramel, speculoos and many more besides.

Every summer, when evenings are balmy and drawn out, we put on theme nights, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

On Mondays and Sundays, the restaurant is reserved for hotel guests.

Sales reps and business people, you will find Aux Berges de Pareloup to be a peaceful port of call.
We can welcome you for a seminar in a well-appointed room that can seat up to 30 people or for a one-night business rate package (€65, 2024 price).
Groups (50 people max.) touring the region by coach will be welcome for a gourmet stopover.
We will also be delighted to welcome you for your family meals, christenings and first communions.

Lévezou is a land of contrasts that will charm you with its unspoilt scenery: here you will not only find rugged areas where herds graze, but also the great lakes of Pont de Salars, Bage, la Gourde, Villefranche de Panat and of course Pareloup. Pareloup is the fifth biggest artificial lake in France (1239 hectares / 3061 acres): did you know that?
Lying right in the middle of the département, Lévezou is also an ideal base from which you can visit the best sites in the north and south of Aveyron.

You are bound to find an activity to suit you, irrespective of your age, your taste and the season.
For the sportier people, whether hiking or horse-riding, mountain biking or water sports on Lake Pareloup (catamarans, canoes, jet skis), you will be overjoyed at the variety of leisure pursuits in the vicinity.
Are you looking for more offbeat activities? Less than an hour away, you’ll be able to let off steam by going go-karting or quad biking, doing paintball or going ape with the best professionals in the region.
And if you’d rather have peace and quiet, then fishing and mushroom picking in season will be more up your street.

Sauveterre-de-Rouergue, Najac, Peyre, La Couvertoirade, Brousse le Château: stroll around the streets and take time to visit these « most beautiful villages of France” with their unique architectural heritage.
Make a stopover in Roquefort and after visiting the caves, you will have a better idea of why the king of French cheeses comes from here.
And what is there to say about Millau Viaduct? Whether seeing it by car or by boat with the Viaduct’s boatmen, you will be impressed by this masterpiece of modern architecture.
Would you rather see natural sites? Don’t miss the caves of Dargilan, Aven Armand, the chaos of Montpellier le Vieux, the Larzac plateau, the gorges of the Tarn, to name but a few.
With your family, make a detour via the Animal Park of Pradinas, the Larzac reptilarium, the bird sanctuary of the Grands Causses and of course Micropolis, the world of insects.

This is yet another superb region where you will appreciate the great outdoors, the architectural heritage and of course the food (cured meats, Aubrac beef, aligot and so on). Don’t go away without paying a visit to Laguiole where you can see the last custodians of the cutlery trade who craft the famous knives.
As far as « most beautiful villages of France » go, the north has no cause to be envious of the south: Belcastel, Conques, Sainte-Eulalie d’Olt, Saint Côme d’Olt and Estaing will be your destinations promising great discoveries.
The Animal Park of Château du Colombier, the Jardin des Bêtes and Saint Hubert Animal Park in Gages will welcome you with complementary themes.

In 1948, the restaurant was just a canteen that already served popular food. But when someone is passionate about their work and dead set on pleasing their customers, they are always striving to go one step further by giving pride of place to local products that are wholesome and tasty.

So a family business expanded over the years and today the fourth generation is here to wait on you.
