<p>It would be an understatement to say that we love local products in general and more specifically those from Aveyron. Whether à la carte or on our menus, here are some of our specialities. See for yourself!</p>

<li>The celebrated “Aveyronnais tripous” or tripe cushions, cooked in their fragrant sauce,</li>
<li>Our cheese soup, an Aveyron speciality<strong> (served Wednesday lunchtimes)</strong></li>
<li>Veal brawn: we know how to prepare that too in Aveyron! <strong>(served Wednesday lunchtimes)</strong></li>
<li>Foie gras of course, prepared in our kitchens and served in lavish portions,</li>
<li>The list of chocolate fondants. To please all chocolate lovers, we have not one but several fondants to offer: chocolate, salted butter caramel, speculoos and many more besides.</li>
