In 1948, the restaurant was just a canteen that already served popular food. But when someone is passionate about their work and dead set on pleasing their customers, they are always striving to go one step further by giving pride of place to local products that are wholesome and tasty.

So a family business expanded over the years and today the fourth generation is here to wait on you.

— Noon —
Restaurant open every lunchtime from Monday to Friday.
Closed every weekend until spring 2025.
Different menu every day prepared with fresh and local products by us.

— The evening —
Every evening from Monday to Friday, the restaurant is open exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.
