Welcome to the banks of Pareloup !

It is in the heart of Aveyron, halfway between Rodez and Millau, in the charming little village of Saint-Martin-des-Faux, near Salles-Curan, that you can enjoy the flavours of a rich and authentic terroir. In this natural setting, just a stone’s throw from the lake of Pareloup, you will only have the choice to perfect your stay (hiking, fishing, swimming… siesta).
In short, once upon a time there was a hotel-restaurant where serenity and conviviality take on their full meaning!

Oh gentle night!

The hotel offers two types of accommodation:
The Appart Hotel rooms are located in an annexe 200m away from the restaurant.
The superior rooms are next to the restaurant. As they are more recent and spacious, they are perfect for families. They also have WiFi.
All our rooms have private bathrooms and toilets as well as TV and telephones.

Everyone in the water!

Swimming, relaxing and lazing around are all pleasures to be enjoyed if you stop by our indoor pool. Chill out in this soothing, refreshing setting which looks onto the garden no less!

Take note: the pool is open from 1st May to 30th September only!

An afternoon in the shade !

A green and fragrant space awaits you outside: the garden where young and old alike will find something to suit their fancy.
There is a boules pitch, a play area for children (swing, seesaw, slide, etc.) or a table and benches if you just want to daydream while listening to the birdsong.

A tale of passion!

In 1948, the restaurant was just a canteen that already served popular food. But when someone is passionate about their work and dead set on pleasing their customers, they are always striving to go one step further by giving pride of place to local products that are wholesome and tasty.

So a family business expanded over the years and today the fourth generation is here to wait on you.

The restaurant has WiFi.

Take note, services and opening:

— Noon —
Restaurant open every lunchtime from Monday to Friday.
Closed every weekend until spring 2025.
Different menu every day prepared with fresh and local products by us.

— The evening —
Every evening from Monday to Friday, the restaurant is open exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.

North Aveyron gives you Conques and Laguiole

This is yet another superb region where you will appreciate the great outdoors, the architectural heritage and of course the food (cured meats, Aubrac beef, aligot and so on). Don’t go away without paying a visit to Laguiole where you can see the last custodians of the cutlery trade who craft the famous knives.
As far as « most beautiful villages of France » go, the north has no cause to be envious of the south: Belcastel, Conques, Sainte-Eulalie d’Olt, Saint Côme d’Olt and Estaing will be your destinations promising great discoveries.
The Animal Park of Château du Colombier, the Jardin des Bêtes and Saint Hubert Animal Park in Gages will welcome you with complementary themes.
