Good food galore!

It would be an understatement to say that we love local products in general and more specifically those from Aveyron. Whether à la carte or on our menus, here are some of our specialities. See for yourself!

  • The celebrated “Aveyronnais tripous” or tripe cushions, cooked in their fragrant sauce,
  • Our cheese soup, an Aveyron speciality (served Wednesday lunchtimes)
  • Veal brawn: we know how to prepare that too in Aveyron! (served Wednesday lunchtimes)
  • Foie gras of course, prepared in our kitchens and served in lavish portions,
  • The list of chocolate fondants. To please all chocolate lovers, we have not one but several fondants to offer: chocolate, salted butter caramel, speculoos and many more besides.
  • Walnut tart: the Lévezou’s most representative dessert

Restaurant open every lunchtime from Monday to Friday.
Saturday lunchtime closed.
Open Sunday lunchtime.
In July and August, Sunday lunchtime, unique “Brasucade Moules Frites” menu, by reservation.

— In the evening —
Every evening from Monday to Sunday restaurant open only to hotel guests.
